I enjoyed my time living at Urban Palms. The front office was always very helpful and prompt with all of my requests. It had a great location close to many restaurants, shopping areas, places of business, and the Beltway. I really loved my apartment here, it was very comfortable and it fit my lifestyle well.

Alma was great. She assisted me with the move-in process. She was very diligent. I liked being able to do things over email. I was able to submit my income verification via email, sign my documents online, and send verification of my electricity all without coming in. Once I came in I registered my parking and got my code set up to move in. It was a very new age method of signing up that worked really well with my volatile schedule. The place looks amazing as well. I'm glad I chose this place as my next home. I'm gonna enjoy it here.
