Had the opportunity to meet the new property manager last night and I really enjoyed the refreshing energy! I have lived here a little over a year now and look forward to changes that’ll help the property look & feel upgraded. I’ve been on the hunt for apartments and came across The Decoma.
I called to gain more information and Zanesha was extremely helpful and professional on the phone! We scheduled a time to tour and I am super excited to say move in date is in 3 weeks. So excited to be apart of a beautiful community and property

Really nice property, I like the environment. And the amenities offered are great! The people at the office are super cool, specially Selena, she has been a huge help since day 1. She was 100% transparent with me since she gave the tour and she has supported me this whole time, making me love my stay at this apartment complex. No complains about the management, so far everyone has been awesome!

A Wonderful Experience Over the Years!
I've had the pleasure of living at the Dacoma Apartments for several years, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience from start to finish. The property has always been well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I've had over the years have been handled quickly and professionally. It's truly been a comfortable and hassle-free place to call home.
Recently, the management team changed, and I have to say, the new management has made a noticeable positive difference. They are attentive, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. Communication has improved, and they've been proactive about making upgrades and improvements to the property. It's clear that they are committed to maintaining a high standard and making the Dacoma Apartments a top-notch place to live.
The common areas are always clean and well-kept, and I've appreciated the attention to detail in the updates and renovations they've done recently. Whether it's new landscaping or improved amenities, the changes have really enhanced the overall living experience here.

I recently toured The Dacoma's Yesterday and it was incredible!
The staff is great! Selene and Angie are great they are very informative and have very positive attitudes! Angie has been able to speed things up for my moving process which is great for me and my newborn! Zanesha is also great she was very helpful regarding the move in forms via email. I hope to formally meet her as well! I look forward to moving in!!

My stay at the Dacoma apartments have been great.
The apartments are modern and well-designed, with excellent amenities.
However, what truly sets this place apart is Zanesha, who provides exceptional service.
Her friendly demeanor and prompt assistance have made my stay here enjoyable.

Best place we have lived at so far. Friendly staff, listen to our concerns. Maintenance works fast. I have put a work order on Monday and by Friday they fixed it. Other places I had to go several times to remind them about issues. No pest issues, and very quiet living environment.
Zanesha has been very helpful when we were moving in and even after listening to my concerns. Selena was so helpful going through the tour and explaining the application process. We love it!

I have been living at this property for about 4 months now and I can say that I thoroughly enjoy staying at The Dacoma. There has been a few changes of the staff in the front office but everyone has been nice and resolved the problems that I did have in a timely manner. I would recommend living here to my friends and family especially with the events that they have for residents and my dog.
