Worst living experience I’ve ever had renting, and I have moved 11 times in the last 20 years. The rent/parking costs more than the 10 years of renting in San Francisco and Los Angeles with less amenities here. I have a long list of issues and problems that I have had, and continue to have, since the first day that I moved in. It’s unfortunate because I am close to work and to the city but not worth the money. If things don’t improve then I will be out after my lease is up. And months later, a man had heart surgery and had to walk 4 flights of stairs and I had surgery and couldn’t get access to the elevator and emailed with no response for days.

We had three bikes stolen out of a locked garage bike room and the community manager still hasn’t called us back after a week. Someone else had their passport stolen the same day. Not sure what it takes to get a callback. They list about 4 phone numbers and have an email but apparently there are no humans who actually work at this place.
