we lived at the scout for 16 months and it was nothing but amazing!!! the management was great and was always so helpful and when we had issues they immediately got resolved. the apartment itself was so spacious and the closet space couldn’t be beat. location was also the best in my opinion - if you’re considering moving to the richmond area i would 100% recommend the scout. when you first move in parking is kind of annoying some days but it’s worth it once you get a parking pass!

I love living here! The management and maintenance staff are phenomenal - they always go out of their way if anything goes wrong. Love the pool and resident activities. Overall great community and have no complaints on the facility.
