We have moved to Aperture Apartments for a few months and are very happy with the management team, amenities, and the community. Melanie is a professional and wonderful business manager. She showed us the amenities and explained the procedure to apply at the first meeting. With her friendly and clear answers to our questions and concerns, we were able to decide quickly. Later, she and Miguel kindly helped us to complete the application. In addition, they have been giving us recommendations for shopping, dining & others to speed up our settlement work. Oscar is a skillful and nice maintenance supervisor. He always amazingly fixed all the issues we ran into. And Rose is so delegate to keep the common areas and facilities nice and clean. We feel so lucky to have a such great team to help us. There are more than we expected amenities provided by Aperture Apartments. A lot of entertainments equipment is provided in the lobby and the clubhouse. Free coffee and tea are always available. The courtyard with gas grill located in the center of the apartments is so beautiful. A workout gym with fresh drinking water is well maintained. We have been enjoying them. The San Bruno downtown is next to the apartments. Many shopping stores and restaurants along the San Mateo Ave provide a great walking atmosphere. The City Park and recreation Center is within walking distance. We have been really enjoying living in the apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of living at Aperture Apartments in San Bruno, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed with the great amenities they offer. The fitness center, game center and communal spaces were always clean and well-maintained, making it a joy to use them. The apartments themselves are top-notch, with modern finishes and spacious layouts. It truly felt like a home. What sets Aperture Apartments apart, though, is their outstanding service. Melanie, one of the office employees, was always incredibly helpful and accommodating. Her warm and friendly demeanor made any interaction a positive experience. Oscar, the maintenance manager, also deserves special recognition. Whenever there was a maintenance request, he responded promptly and efficiently. His dedication to ensuring everything was in great working order was evident, and it made a significant difference in our overall satisfaction with the community. In summary, Aperture Apartments offers a fantastic living experience in San Bruno. Great amenities, beautifully designed apartments, and a team that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.
