I moved in a month ago and couldn’t be happier about my decision. My apartment is the cutest and is in a good location. Devante Matthews was one of the most helpful property manager I’ve ever spoken to. He was able to sort me out with a good deal and a last minute move in. If you’re looking to rent an apartment i highly recommend looking into Tambaleo.
I’m a happy resident at Tambaleo, I like how friendly the neighbors are and I always feel safe!

property manager Devante did me a real solid when my rent was too high and swiftly moved me into a new apartment with a lot of leniency. Maintenance is good and its a good location in to get to Austin hot spots
Very well kept apartmets for how old they are. The property is extremely close to Downtown austin and zilker park which is amazing! Office staff is extremely friendly and never had any problems with the maintenance staff. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve been living in Tambaleo for about six months, and I love living here! The apartment is nice and comfortable, and the location is too good to be true for a live music lover like me.
It had been a long time since I rented a room for myself. The property manager, Devante, is very nice and helpful, and he clarified what’s needed to start renting a room.
There was a water leak problem a few weeks ago, but it was solved within 90 minutes after I contacted maintenance. I was impressed by their prompt action. Thank you, Tambaleo team!
I toured an apartment at Tambaleo a few weeks ago and wanted to share my interaction as it was the best experience I've had searching for apartments.
I was in the area and showed up unannounced. DeAnne was incredibly helpful in showing me every option available, the time frame for occupancy, amenities, floor plans, the community, etc. She even got out a note pad and had me take notes while she showed videos of each unit. The pricing is great for the area. The location is perfect. The only reason I didn't move forward was because the unit I liked best with a washer in-unit wasn't available for a few more months. Just wanted to share my experience as DeAnne couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant!
We have several apartments here and we love the management! The new resident property manager here, Ms. DeAnne Garza is so lovely! She's on top of everything and always happy to help us in our leasing needs.
Kudos to Tambaleo Apartments for having her. She's a gem!

I've had an amazing experience at Tambaleo Apartments, despite ultimately deciding not to relocate to Austin. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the exceptional service and dedication of the property manager, Devante. He was the first person I met at Tambaleo, and I was blown away by his patience and kindness in answering all of my questions - and there were many! What struck me most was his ability to multitask with grace, simultaneously assisting a new move-in and addressing concerns from an upset resident, all while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Devante truly went above and beyond, demonstrating a level of care and commitment that is rare in the industry. Although I won't be calling Tambaleo home, I have no doubt that Devante is exactly what this property needs - a shining star who genuinely cares about the residents and their experiences. Keep up the fantastic work, Devante!
