This place is 3story building in the cut with high ceilings but everything is electric (not a fan of electric stove). No elevator. Tenants here have stolen my packages numerous times smh. Building is pet-friendly however tenants pets have been urinating and pooping in the only stairway that we all share and don’t clean up after them selves. & if not the stairway they allow pets to use bathroom along the building when there is literally a park down the street. Parking is included but not guaranteed with it being small. Only luxury is that this place comes with a gym but is also small.

This building looks very nice and for a good price but be aware of the lack of management that comes with it. My living room ceiling and bedroom windows has been leaking since I moved in a 1.5 years ago and has not yet been fixed. Every time it rains expect a flood in your house. I have a paper trail of me asking management to fix the issue because my furniture keeps getting damaged and they say they will but don’t. The parking lot is too small and doesn’t have enough space for all the tenants in the building so you have to park on the sidewalk. Hope this helps anyone looking into this place!
