I am finishing up my year lease and I adored my unit here. Although the space is smaller, the floor layout, light fixtures and large windows make the apartment feel very modern and luxurious. The property manager is very kind and quick to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this complex if you are looking for something clean, affordable and modern.

Nice place, close to Blackstone district, and UNMC. Newer Apartments, fair amenities, lacks parking off the street.
