This place has its pros and cons like any apartment, but the staff here is what elevates it to a 5 star apartment.
Delainey Holt, leasing manager when I moved in, stayed true to her word during my lease negotiation which I really appreciated and Teodesa was always so kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. She is a rockstar.
The maintenance staff here is also really on point. Like everyone says the location is great, but with that there are negatives as well. You're in the middle of San Pedro Square and there is a lot going on all the time. It's inevitable for problems to arise, especially on weekends, but Ovi, Javier, and the rest of the team, go above and beyond to keep everything clean and in order!
I lived here for 2 years so I can give you an honest scope of what to expect. This building is great if you're young and can handle weekend life being close by. The apartments themselves are nice, clean, and spacious. You get good bang for your buck with all things considered. Parking can be stressful if you have visitors but that's a con of living in any downtown. Overall, it's a good choice if you want slightly more upscale living in the heart of downtown SJ.

I really loved living at Modera San Pedro Square. The people who work there are super nice. Teodesa helped me move in and was always there when I needed something. Carlos and the maintenance team were great too. The best part was all the fun stuff they did for us. We had taco nights, Halloween parties with yummy crepes, and even fancy wine and cheese get-togethers. It felt like being on vacation sometimes! Our apartment had an awesome view. I could see all the cool bars and places in San Pedro Square. It was so easy to go out and have fun. I made lots of friends here and had a really good time. If you're looking for a place that feels like home but with extra fun stuff, Modera San Pedro Square is perfect. I'm going to miss it a lot, but I'm happy I got to live here.
Recently moved to San Jose and I wanted a nice place in the middle of everything. Couldn't have asked for anything better! The apartments at Modera San Pedro Square are modern, well built, and right in the middle of everything. And I get a great view! Management and maintenance staff are responsive and excellent. If you are looking for a place in San Jose, I highly recommend Modera San Pedro Square.
Awesome place with a very good location and impressive apartments! Teodesa was super nice and helpful and showed me all the properties I was interested in :) I love that they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
I ended up in another apartment complex but the only reason was they didn't have my desired move-in date, this place was my #1 choice!

Nice apartment & nice and responsive staff. Maintenance is also usually done quick, and the apartment itself is reasonably secure. Do keep in mind that it is an apartment in downtown next to a bunch of bars and that some stuff, good and bad, comes with that.
If you are looking for a perfect place to live with beautiful modern apartment, Outdoor Patio with the dedicated grill and TV area, indoor workspace and gym Modera San Pedro Square apartment should definitely be your first choice. It's a completely new building with modern design and facilities, in the heart of downtown San Jose in the middle of great bars and restaurants.
Everyone at Modera is helpful and responsive.The attitude of the tour guide Jose is absolutely outstanding! He makes sure that that you pay attention to every detail of the apartment and answers every single question of yours until you are completely happy and satisfied with the choice of your apartment! Also the Manager of the building Rebecca is amazing, she made sure that we had enough time to decide on the apartment and put no pressure on us.
Super happy and satisfied with our move and with our beautiful apartment.

Nice apartment, nice location! I love the style and the view. The building has great amenities.(lobby, play rooms, gym, patio)The area has plenty of restaurants, lounges, coffee shops and parks. You can’t find better place to live Modera San Pedro Square.
This is the place to be if you're seeking for the ideal location to live with lovely, contemporary apartments, an outside patio with a designated grill and TV area, an inside workstation, and a gym. It is a brand-new structure with cutting-edge amenities and a modern layout in the center of San Jose, close to fantastic pubs and eateries. At Modera, everyone is cordial and accommodating. We are thrilled with our relocation and our gorgeous apartment, and we couldn't be happier. You should definitely come along with us!
