We have had an amazing experience! Keith, Isaiah, and Jessica are an amazing team! The building is kept nice and clean, the amenities are more than we expected, and we appreciate the kindness of the staff onsite. We have been lucky to find this place and call it home!

I've been living at this apartment for the last few months and my experience here has been so wonderful. As a female living on her own, safety is super important to me. IMT has done a great job at building the structure to ensure unauthorized individuals don't have access to resident living areas. The maintenance staff Arnold, Candy, and the remaining staff are wonderful at ensuring the building remains clean and operating accordingly. I recently submitted a maintenance ticket and within minutes there was maintenance to save the day (most landlords/corporations keep you waiting). Aside from the safety and cleanliness of the building, it's always awesome having Keith, Isaias, and Jessica up front. They're friendly, quick to help, and filled with knowledge. If I ever have concerns about anything Keith and Isais have always been a good resource to have. During my application process Keith and Isaias were always a phone call or email away and understood the process to everything. They're always in positive spirits and ready for any crazy question I have. Overall, I love my experience at this building and don't see myself leaving. Also, the price for units are great for what you get.
