I’ve lived here for over 4years, new Management has been extremely kind! They are always there to help solve problems or answer any questions. Also, completes maintenance issues so quickly. New management has made living here feel so safe, clean, and secure knowing their tenants are always taken care of. Thank you for all you do.

I’d like to say that the new manager Michealyn, has been doing so much to better Sandyplace in all areas that need attention! We appreciate that she is enforcing the rules of Sandyplace so the residents can enjoy a nice, clean, peaceful and pretty place to live. After all- what is society without rules?! We all want to live and come home at the end of the day to a nice, safe, well kept, community! Michealyn is also warm and friendly, and ready to help in any way she can- as quickly as possible!
