I live nearby and the residents that live in the apartment complex deliberately walk across the street and smoke cigarettes right outside my house and flick their cigarettes onto my fence. They also drag couches and other trash that they are too lazy to dispose of themselves to my side of the road and leave them on the side walk. Terrible neighbors.
