We offer controlled access entry ways, air conditioner unit, refrigerator, range, clean and convenient laundry facilities on each floor, closets galore, plus additional storage space in the basement area! Not interested in taking the stairs? There is also elevator access to all floors. Need parking? We offer 1 reserved surface parking space and for $39 extra per month, heated underground parking is also available! No car, no problem. We are on the bus-route. We are located near The Medical College of WI, Children's Hospital, West Allis Women's Pavilion, yet in a neighborhood setting.
