I've been delighted with every aspect of my experience renting, moving to and now living at the Addison at Central Park. Initially, Kevin and Rachid of SC Properties made the process of choosing and renting the apartment and moving a remarkably smooth one. Others from SC Properties and the Addison Management Team including Kevin, Kristina, David, Lindsey, Jason and Irubey have been as gracious, welcoming and helpful as anyone could wish for. The apartment itself - my new home - and the setting provide a wonderful sense of place. It's great to be here.

The property management here is responsive, helpful and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic we've had most of our issues dealt within a couple of days. The building is kept clean and tidy and the communication from the property management is excellent.
