The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. So much to do in walking distance.

We thought this apartment was a good deal. My roommate and I moved in and soon realized that the only good part was the fact that it was cheaper than most other places. Let’s start with the roach problem. We filed complaints multiple times, but the best we could get was an exterminator to come to our apartment, so they were unable to stop the bugs at the source so they were still coming back. Next, the management team is very inconsiderate and only care about your money. We signed a three month lease with multiple things stating we would move out by the end of August. They tried to tell us that wasn’t valid and we’re going to charge us for another half month because they “weren’t aware” of us moving out in August. This was essentially just them making a mistake and trying to cover it up. Then they sent back our refund check, but charged us for a “deep clean” which is probably bogus, and a shelf that fell out of the wall that was caused by a water leak in a completely separate apartment. When calling to discuss the issue, I had to leave a message, and have never heard back from the company. If you are considering this apartment, I would stay far away. They run this location as well as copper leaf and Westbrook tower, and I think they only treat you well until they have your money and then they just try to get more from you.
