Since I've been living here for a couple of months I have to say these are amazing apartments and I love the location! Each unit has a washer and dryer which is a luxury in LA. Maintenance and office staff are so friendly and are always assisting as fast they can. When I put a maintenance request they come in a day or two to fix the issue! Whenever there is an issue with the building they are quick to let us know and just as quick to get on it! There is a coffee shop in the building so it is nice to go in and do some work.

From the moment I moved in, I've felt incredibly secure, thanks to the diligent security measures in place. Plus, the place is spotless – kudos to the maintenance team for keeping it so fresh and tidy! The appliances here are top-notch and in great condition. I particularly love the ice maker and filtered water dispenser in the fridge – they add a touch of convenience to my daily routine. And let's not forget about the bathroom – it's spacious and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, Apartment 7403 is more than just a place to live – I'm grateful every day to call this place home.
