We love it here. Like everywhere, there are problems-but anything within management's control is addressed as quickly as possible and communicated clearly how it is being handled. I don't hear my neighbors inside the building because the walls are concrete. At night, to drown out the noise of the neighborhood, I keep my air purifier on and it drowns out all of the noise. It is set on a timer to turn off for morning alarms, so in my case the noises are actually helpful. 😂 The art and decorations provided some cool backdrops for my daughter's pre-formal pics. We've had her friends over to play DnD in the community room. There's a pool, and a nice sized balcony we enjoy. There are some really amazing and kind people who live here and if you want to meet your neighbors ---they meet for coffee every morning. On that note, if you don't want to belong to a community, or it bothers you when your neighbors watch out for each other--this may not be the place for you. Bring on the good and kind vibes. The gentleman who landscapes and cleans the area does an amazing job. Everything always looks well taken care of and welcoming. I leased my spot sight unseen from out of state and I'm constantly grateful for how it has worked out. Also, being in Grant High School's district was a huge draw for us and I think it should get double marks in the pros list. I am concerned about the heat and the functioning capabilities of the A/C, but here's hoping they make some adjustments and I guess I could always just dunk myself into the pool. Mike, the manager, is a pretty cool dude, too. He's always kind and welcoming to myself, my family, and guests.

Secure building, friendly neighbors, friendly maintenance staff, very welcoming and friendly environment. If you're into vintage buildings this is a good place to be. The building is immaculately maintained and disability accessible on all floors with a reliable elevator. Close proximity to the max/bus and close to restaurants and grocery shopping, also has a pool. Also across from 24 hour fitness.
