There's a small community patio that has a beautiful and aromatic clematis plant growing up a trellis along the back stairwell. 103 is situated on the first floor and has North facing windows which receive great natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and original tile in the bathroom. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
