I moved in November of 2023. I have enjoyed the peacefulness and cleanliness of this property. Management is on top of everything.. in the best way… ways to keep this small complex beautiful, clean and safe. I would like to thank the maintenance team, they are alway timely and efficient.

The Avenue is a great place to live in. The staff provides excellent customer service and that can be contributed to the leadership of Bethany! However, the group that is the heart beat of the complex is the maintenance team. We keep them busy. But they always meet us with a smile and respond to maintenance request in a timely fashion! Specifically, I want to give a special shout to Peter! Peter is awesome. He listens and takes his time to address your issue. He’s also very personal and overall does a great job! The entire maintenance team is great! But I’ve had the pleasure to work with Peter many times on my maintenance request. I appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to do a great job!!! Kudos to you Peter!!! You are appreciated!!! JV🙂
