I lived here for 2 years. The neighborhood is beautiful, you can walk to Zilker or down to some places on S Lamar but it’s so nice and quiet too. The exterior is a little rough at times but they are pretty good about tidying it up before long. Maintenance is good, sometimes they fixed an issue the same day other times it would take maybe a week or more but usually very responsive. The parking here is great, there’s always spots available for you and guests. The area is so safe I was always so comfortable. One thing that is a bit annoying is over the past year there are about 4 or so units that have become airbnbs so there are a lot of people coming through. They seem respectful usually but at times a bit loud and I feel like the presence of the daily rental units on the property has pushed the rent up. I loved living here, the units are smaller but the area is truly worth the sacrifice of sq feet.
