The best place outside of Center City. Don't listen to the reviews of people complaining just to complain. The landlord is awesome and super responsive. Maintenance is also amazing. Close to East Passyunk, Citizens Bank Park, etc. Fun spot that's truly an industrial loft experience.

First time renter and this was an exceptional experience. BFL has the amenities of a larger rental corp while having the communication, service and feeling of “home” that a small rental company might offer. Every single person who works at or for BFL was friendly, helpful and professional at all times. My guests always had many compliments for my unit and the building as a whole. In 15 months I only had to request maintenance twice and issues were fixed or addressed within a day. I felt safe in the neighborhood and always found a parking spot despite it being South Philly. Great experience at BFL.
