I moved in in April 2024 and was waiting a couple of months to experience the complex and interact with the staff before I wrote a review. I have to say Robert from the front office and George with maintenance have been great. Robert is always friendly and responsive to emails or inquiries. George is very friendly and performs any maintenance request efficiently and correctly. Robert and George work very hard to maintain a great quality of life for the residents here at the complex, always ensuring that the grounds and apartments are well kept and clean. I greatly appreciate all the work that they do and am happy to have found such a great complex. Keep up the great work, Robert and George it doesn't go unnoticed!

My husband and I found this property in a random search for new places to live. We sold our house of 14 years and decided to make the move an apartment. (We were super nervous about living the apartment life!) We loved the layout of the apartments and the fact that it was a pretty small complex. We showed up to take a look around and met the Community Manager, Natasha. We walked around the complex, toured a unit we were interested in and talked with Natasha. She was very welcoming and professional. The move in process was fairly easy. Residents around us have been welcoming. We love that there are contests and community within the complex. Any issues we've had have been addressed in a very timely manner. We are loving the Grafton Flats community thus far!
