The best apartment I've lived in. Very quiet, hardly ever heard the neighbors. Common areas are kept clean. Management and maintenance were great, the building manager actually cares about keeping the place nice. Building was relatively secure, uninvited guests did not stay long. Right next to QFC and some nice restaurants, amenities, and of course an entrance to Carkeek Park is right across the street for some easy trail walking.

I loved living here! When my fiancé and I first moved in back in 2020 our washer flooded the entryway and Lisha was so quick to getting it fixed for us. The maintenance staff were so helpful and kind when they took our old washer and installed our new one. Our unit was very nice and we could not hear our neighbors. The location was great, the parking garage was free which is RARE in Seattle and I appreciated it so much. Lisha was amazing to work with as well and so kind. I really wish we renewed and I still think about how much I loved my old apartment!
