Updated!! We have since moved in the month since first contacting the Pines!! We absolutely love our new home, and the office staff, especially Jenna!!! We're so happy here!! I contacted Pines, regarding a new special, and I've been working with Jenna Watts. Not only has she been incredibly patient with my silly questions, she's incredibly prompt and helpful. Having someone with her attitude is extremely helpful in a leasing office, because she ensured I wanted to come back. Positive interactions like that really stick and show you care about your tenants and prospective tenants. We're genuinely looking forward to joining the pines of perinton community!

My name is Tyrone Ellis I would like to say the management staff was awesome I am currently waiting on approval but everybody was so polite when I came in they move fast and got me out the way I like stuff like that the property was very clean I recommend anyone to check this place out it’s a very good community to live.
