Been here about a month and couldn't be happier. The move in was super smooth, the community manager is wonderful, my neighbors aren't noisy or disruptive and the unit itself is very nice. One thing to note is that parking is very tight which would be an issue for bigger vehicles.

Overall great place to live. Management is wonderful, and everything is new and in good condition. Honest downsides: the units are small (at least ones we saw), the construction is basic (minor things like two drawers in a corner and you can’t open both or they’ll block each other), and amenities are nothing fancy if that is what you’re looking for. Basically it was built cheap so the rent could be cheap, which means that the prices are good, and everything works. We’ve lived here two years and rode out quarantine in this apartment, and while it was much too small a space to be cooped up for over a year, the apartment itself was a good place to be and I had a view of mt rainier right out my window with direct sunlight beaming through in the morning. All in all it was a good home for us. Train access and proximity to Columbia City are also great. I can’t finish without saying that Desmond and the Indigo team are wonderful, and there’s been a noticeable improvement from former management. Desmond is super friendly and very responsive, and they’ve been very fair and willing to work with us on rent. If you need lots of space or fancy amenities maybe this isn’t for you, but if you want a good, small, affordable unit that is new, right on the train line, in a great neighborhood, with great people, this is your place!
