We recently moved to Miami and was looking for a new home. After 3 days of searching and checking several apartments, we found Cascades at the Hammocks. The leasing office was very pleasant and inviting. We approached Marcela who was the most accommodating and kind. She was prompt and professional, which made our move stress-free. She was quick to answer all our questions and concerns. Alex, the community manager, was also very warm and welcoming. She was always around to assist us with a smile. We chose this apartment for its clean and modern appeal. The furnishings and appliances are new and with top features. The size is adequate for a small family. The ambiance is airy and bright. Most importantly, we feel safe at home.

I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the recent service I received regarding a maintenance request at my apartment. Upon calling the main office, I was immediately greeted by Natalie, who patiently guided me through the process of submitting a maintenance request via the ActiveBuilding portal. When we encountered a technical issue with my account, Natalie promptly identified the problem and walked me through the necessary steps to resolve it. She then went above and beyond by taking my maintenance request verbally over the phone. I was delighted to find that my request was fulfilled the very next day. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional customer service provided by Natalie and the Cascades at the Hammocks maintenance team. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained place to live.

After only having 2 weeks to relocate jobs from Chicago to Miami, my boyfriend and I decided that Cascades at The Hammocks was our top pick for an apartment. Strongly relying on photos & internet reviews, we decided that this apartment complex looked like it was a good fit. I have read a few outdated reviews on Google about their management, but luckily Cascades at The Hammocks is under new management & their team is superb. Alex, Vanessa, & Frances (from the office) were communicative, kind, & flexible throughout the whole process. The complex is situated next to a gorgeous lake with all kinds of wildlife & plants. There are so many friendly people that walk on the path and add their own personal touches to the area with public hammocks & swinging seats from the trees. My boyfriend and I feel like we are living in paradise every evening when we go on walks. In regard to The Cascades complex, it appears to be newly renovated & has many amenities. Upon arrival to our unit- it was clean, had freshly painted white walls, and modern flooring/appliances. While I read reviews online that the parking lots can be a bit chaotic, I have personally never had a problem finding a space. Maybe I don’t always get a spot right in front of my door, but even the furthest I’ve had to park is less than a minute walk to my unit. After settling in and getting to explore The Hammocks area, I feel so grateful that I chose The Cascades over the other apartments looked into prior to moving to Miami. Don’t get me wrong- there is nothing wrong with the neighboring complexes, I just feel so safe, supported, and happy living in mine.

Katherine and Marcela are heaven sent AMAZING service and made me feel like i was at home throughout the whole process. Its about to be a month and i am super happy with the staff as a whole. If you are looking into moving at cascades i highly suggest it.

I recently leased an apartment here and I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the process easy and stress-free.The property is clean, well-maintained, and has great amenities. Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Cascades at the Hammocks for anyone looking for a new place to live. They made my move a great experience!

The property is very clean. The staff is very nice and the Assistant Manager Marcela and leasing Beatriz has consistently been of great assistance.
