I just moved in to The Renoir House and can honestly say it has been a great experience thus far. The entire team has been so accommodating, helpful, making me feel very comfortable and right at home. Ermal Marku, service supervisor has been outstanding. He has been so eager to assist, so kind, and very welcoming. He has made sure my living accommodations were perfect and when asked to help, it has been no problem and has done it happily. His promptness, follow through, and dedication is such a wonderful thing to see. Also, all of the 24 hour doormen are friendly, observant and helpful. They call you to let you know who is visiting, when your food deliveries arrive as well as notify you promptly when you have a package. The entire staff jump to assist you with whatever you need without even asking. Everyone has been so friendly and personable. You can really tell that they all take pride in their jobs and responsibilities. I am so happy with the building and the location. We are right across the street from the subway and near so many great restaurants. How lucky was I to move back into the city to such a wonderful apartment community. Thank you!

I lived at Renoir House for a year and it was an excellent choice. Everything was clean, the views of the rooftop are amazing, the assistance of the staff was always helpful. The location couldn't be better (F subway line a few steps away), Whole Foods and Morton Williams (7 min and 2 min, respectively), dry cleaners, CVS, UPS, etc.
