I have been residing at Dunn Motors for over a year and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Location: The location of the building is perfect, being neither too close nor too far from the busy downtown area. I can walk to many popular spots in the city, including Pike Place and Paramount theatre, and there are many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops in the vicinity. Floor plan: The floor plan of my 1B/1B apartment is spacious and well-lit, with large rooms, a large kitchen, and a decent-sized bathroom. The apartment is also well-equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a walk-in closet and ample storage space. Common space: The common spaces, such as the patio with its beautiful view of Lake Union and the downtown skyline, and the industrial-style minimal decor lobby area, are also impressive. Overall: The building is well-maintained and safe, and the staff, Skylar, Brittany, and Jasmine, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and organize fun events for residents. I highly recommend Dunn Motors as a great place to call home.

Just moved into the building; Jackson and the hunters Capitol team made everything about my experience a breeze. From the in depth tour of the building, to helping coordinate parking and getting utilities set up once I signed the lease. Looking forward to my amazing new apartment with awesome views.
