I lived here for many years and really found this place to be HOME. It makes me sad to read all the negative reviews. The manager, Beatrice, was absolutely awesome. She cared about everyone and she took great care of the property. If you needed anything she was willing to help. Ray is also fantastic! We left the apartments because we bought a house but we will always love Miss Beatrice and will have a special place in our hearts for Montoya Gardens!
