Just moved in! Had a simple, tenant-friendly move-in. Brittany, leasing manager, walked us through our leasing process and everything needed. Took less than a week from viewing the apartment to securing the keys. On another note, our apartment was immaculate when we moved in. The place was so clean! Not a scratch in site, almost like they replaced the flooring and the carpets. Drawers/cabinets look like they’ve never been used. Seemed like fresh paint on the walls too. Just immaculate! Highly recommend The Christopher to anyone looking to move into the city, having a good move-in experience and that wants this convenient location!

Due to work-related relocation, I have visited countless apartments in Dallas. My experience at The Christopher has significantly exceeded every other building. Between the service, the staff, the amenities, and the incredible use of space within the units, there has been no comparison. I worked with Brittany and she is incredible. She is the best imaginable leasing agent; she goes above and beyond in every way. Front-line staff can easily make or break the decision to move into a building and I can confidently say that Brittany gives The Christopher a clear advantage. This building is the gold standard for luxury apartments. One important note for potential tenants: parking in Dallas is annoying at best and most top of the line buildings still don't have easy to access free parking for your guests. The Christopher's parking is unparalleled. This is often something that you don't think about until you move in and have guests over, but the parking here is leaps and bounds easier than any other building I've been to (AND FREE!).
