READ BEFORE LEASING- I searched high and low for an apartment in Dallas that met most of my needs and I was giving up. Enter Colin! He literally changed that for me within hours. He was professional, compassionate and understood exactly what I was looking for. He’s also the manager of the community which in my experience is rare to find such a kind person that genuinely wants to help. I couldn’t be more grateful! Oh yeah and Vance is impeccable! Beautiful inside and out. I can’t wait to move in.

I was able to take a trip to TX for the first time in hope of finding a new home and was warmly & joyously welcomed by Dessirrae! Although my trip was extremely short, hearing her discuss the improvements she is looking to implement for current and future tenants really makes me confident. I will be sure to visit Vance again because of her taking care of my needs and questions. Thank you again Dessirrae, looking forward to hopefully making Vance at Bishop Union my home while you are there.
