Nice unit with old fashion touches from a building that was built in the 1920's. There is no air conditioning for these units. Access is secure. Parking is all off site and could be on the street as far as two blocks away.

Washer are always breaking down, washers smell and have gunk growing (don’t appear maintainted other than fixing when broken down,) roach infestation, I have had a few bedbugs, the elevators are in and out of working, mold growing in unit, horrible paint job, they want you to get the windows clean even when you live on a high floor(?). It makes no sense. They ask for things to be cleaned that weren’t cleaned when moving in. Photos will 100% show that. It literally looks like they just paint over whatever dust/dirt accumulates. It doesn’t get worse than this. Judging by their replies on here, it appears as though they act oblivious to it to front for the reviews. Also Victor is a headache know it all to deal with. These people do not care about their tenants. Stay away from here, and if you are here, I have no word other than “run.”
