I have lived here for 2 years, and I will move out this coming May. First of all, I am a very sensitive person who is easily annoyed by noise and unfairness. The last 2 years of my life in Hancock Estates were just heaven. I did not make any complaints during the last 2 years. Staffs including Betsy, Evan, David, Brad, and everyone else are extremely nice and helpful. The area is extremely quiet, so if you are seeking to find a quiet apartment near the Boston area, this is the place. During the spring to fall season, they host a lot of events like the ice cream truck days, taco truck days, burger nights, superbowl nights, etc. The gym is not really spacious but has a variety of machines. I say this is the best place I have ever lived in my life. I will miss this place and community so much.

Mu husband and I were among the earliest residents of Hancock Estates. I have never been more delighted with a place. The apartments are beautiful. The kitchen is amazing. All the appliances are top notch...as are in ones in the laundry room. If there is ever a problem, our Manager, Brad, gets someone up there to deal with it immediately. The place is immaculate. Residents are nice. Smoke free environment, small dogs allowed, and there is an area to let them out into, etc. I can't think of one thing I would change there.
