Is this place even real? The phone number on the side of the building is different from the one on the website, which is ALSO different from the one in their dozens of Craiglist ads. All three phone numbers don't let you talk to a person. There is no physical leasing office on the property, so the business hours listed on Google make no sense. The person we spoke to at Princeton Property Management said they don't manage this address and didn't know what we were talking about. Clearly there are people living in the building and ads everywhere saying units are available, but how are they planning on renting them if you can't talk to a human being?

Pretty overpriced for the area. The neighborhood is half empty buildings over taken by homeless people who leave needles around. The apartments themselves look nice and newish but everything breaks really easy and the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor snoring.
