I just moved to Heritage at Water's Landing and I had a great experience from finding an apartment to moving in. The leasing team delivered on every request I had and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great move-in day. Special shout-out to the maintenance team for making sure my apartment was finished and above my expectations before moving in. Since being at the property for almost a month, the teams have been quick to work on any issues found. Thank you Fredrianna for everything!

I moved in this complex a year ago on August 1st, I was reluctant at first because of what people were telling me about the neighborhood, but I decided to take a chance and I’m glad that I did, it’s very quiet and peaceful, I am always receiving packages and so are my neighbors and no one ever bother each other packages in the hallway, Faith and the rest of the leading staff are always very friendly and they go above and beyond to assist you in resolving any housing issues, maintenance is always quick to help. I know I get on their nerves sometimes but I appreciate the professionalism and promptness they have shown me in my stay, Kareem and Dreads( that’s not his name , I can’t remember it🤦🏽‍♀️😂) but thank you guys, from leaks, to backups, you’re Always available and willing to assist, U guys truly ROCK!!! , all in all this is a great place to call home, not perfect, no place is but it’s my perfect little place of comfort and peace and I’m thankful🙏

I lived at Waters Landing for two years, and I moved out last month because I needed a shorter commute to work in DC. I loved my time at Water Landing, and I miss it already! Granted, I did have one of the best locations on property on the 3rd floor, overlooking the forest, so I can't speak about all the apartments. But my experience with the staff there was one of the best I have ever had! The maintenance team is so kind and friendly, and they always show up either that day or the next day to look at the problem. Just be aware of that what you submit your request, because they are coming fast! And you might not get a heads up. I'm fine with that :-) I just want the problem fixed. Faith was the person I worked the most with in the office, and she absolutely went over and above to help me. She was so sweet helping me get set up in my apartment to begin with, and if I ever needed anything, I just needed to walk down and talk to her. They were very understaffed, so it took a while to get emails or phone calls returned, but you could always just walk in. I've noticed that under the new management they have more staffing and are promptly answering phone calls and emails. But after one year there, we had a family tragedy, and I needed a larger place so my nephews could live with me. They made sure that I could move quickly into one of the larger apartments, and very kindly waved fees the transfer fees. I was sad to move out last month, but they also made that process easy too. I have always felt very safe in these apartments, and have had great neighbors, mostly all families. They have a little, shaded dog area near the end of the complex, and that was nice when I had friends visiting with dogs. Also, the apartments are nicer inside than they look outside, so don't let that fool you. I never used the pool, but my nephews enjoyed the gym, and I was very thankful for the Amazon box locker. And one of the best things, is the valet trash service that you can sign up for! (hopefully they still have it). It is fantastic to just set you trash out every night instead of going to the dumpster. Thank you to the staff and maintenance team of Waters Landing for a great two years!
