I just moved to Heritage at Water's Landing and I had a great experience from finding an apartment to moving in. The leasing team delivered on every request I had and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great move-in day. Special shout-out to the maintenance team for making sure my apartment was finished and above my expectations before moving in. Since being at the property for almost a month, the teams have been quick to work on any issues found. Thank you Fredrianna for everything!

I moved in this complex a year ago on August 1st, I was reluctant at first because of what people were telling me about the neighborhood, but I decided to take a chance and I’m glad that I did, it’s very quiet and peaceful, I am always receiving packages and so are my neighbors and no one ever bother each other packages in the hallway, Faith and the rest of the leading staff are always very friendly and they go above and beyond to assist you in resolving any housing issues, maintenance is always quick to help. I know I get on their nerves sometimes but I appreciate the professionalism and promptness they have shown me in my stay, Kareem and Dreads( that’s not his name , I can’t remember it🤦🏽♀️😂) but thank you guys, from leaks, to backups, you’re Always available and willing to assist, U guys truly ROCK!!! , all in all this is a great place to call home, not perfect, no place is but it’s my perfect little place of comfort and peace and I’m thankful🙏
