The higher up In the apartment complex called me once she seen my review. She was very nice and polite. She took all the steps to help me with my problem and after talking to her it all got solved. I appreciate her for taking my concern very seriously and handled it with grace and care. Thank you and I appreciate all the help you gave me.

Every issue, complaint, concern Armida, handles with care and sympathy. Therefore, I only have praise for her and Viani. They are efficient, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Though nothing is perfect, as far as management, customer service is great and help make me feel home.

I want to say that from the first day I applied I have got very good feedback from each person that I spoke with, everybody seemed very helpful and very nice. I'm yet to see them in person because I'll be moving into my new place very soon but I must say I feel appreciated as a tenant already.
Maegan and Armida were amazing both sides patient and very understanding of someone would highly recommend!!!

By far the best experience starting with the leasing office and management!! And believe me I have been renting for years with other apartment complexes in the past and not the best experience unfortunately. But the staff here are very reliable and professional. We are very excited to be part of the complex. I definitely recommend it if your looking for a new place to rent ☺️
Christine, the Property Manager, is doing an excellent job at Estrella Park Apartments. She is always there for the residents needs and is very dedicated to the property. Resident retention is her main goal as a Rise 48 employee as well as being a great team player!

Very helpful. I needed to have some accommodations per doctor’s orders which lead me to move apts. They were able to help me quick. They made an easy process. Manager Viani is amazing! Maintenance is quick as well when anything needs fixing.
Felt very welcomed! Amazing atmosphere! Can't wait to move in. Armida was Great! Loved her tour and the information she gave! Great Energy! Highly recommended.!

We just moved in after living at the same slumlords property for 13 years. I never had any maintenance done by the slumlord but after I turned in like 2 items on the move in list, maintenance came to fix them for us. What a change!!!! I am so happy we picked here to move to. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the neighbors are quiet and nice. I was worried about going from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment but I am glad we did and I am happy here. Thank you so much for making our move much easier than we expected.

My elderly mother lives here and in the past the maintenance and office staff were not reliable in getting anything done however the new maintenance staff and office are phenomenal. Raul and Dustin go to great lengths to make sure the job gets done right , professionally and in a timely manner. I can now be relieved that my mother is in good hands here at Estrella Park !
