I lived here for a solid five years. On the whole I enjoyed my experience very much. I never had issues with management. Everything was well communicated: I always received notice to enter for maintenance 48 hours before. If the garage was going to be closed for maintenance, I got a week’s notice ahead of time. Broken light fixtures in the halls were fixed ASAP. When I finally left, security deposit was refunded automatically via direct deposit. Over the five years, I’ve never received an unreasonable rent increase that seemed to be the norm in Roosevelt. I only had one negative experience when my car got broken into (along with several other cars) in our garage. But that was during COVID when car break ins were rampant throughout Seattle. My only complain in retrospect it that there is no management on site, and frankly I think our building manager was overworked, given the sheer number of tenants.
