Park Pointe Apartments is located just south of the Powderhorn Park. It is a quiet building with many long term residents. The property has Studios, 1 Bedrooms, and 2 Bedrooms. Classic apartments in a great building in Powderhorn Neighborhood. Large closets, Laundry room on site, surface level parking available. Garage parking is an option when available. There is a flat rate utility charge of $50/month for studios, $60/month for 1 bedrooms, and $80/month for 2 bedrooms that covers ALL gas, water, sewer, trash, and it includes a large storage unit in the basement! Tenants pay internet and electricity separately. Parking spaces available at first-come-first-served basis in the parking lot. There are also garages available for rent.
