Convent location. Walking distance to some much needed shopping accommodations and transportation. Peaceful community. I did have a small water heater issue, which was taken care of by maintenance (Lorenzo). He was informative and precise.

Angel the maintenance supervisor is great at he does. His hard work and dedication truly shows as we have seen a whole 360 since he has returned in only a few months. I hope this time he is being kept happy. Wouldn’t want to loose him again. Thank you Angel!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Central and Broadway location, and I was thoroughly impressed! The area is fantastic, with a great atmosphere and lots of amenities. What stood out the most was how pet-friendly it is, which made my visit even more enjoyable as I was able to bring my pet along. Additionally, Monique provided outstanding assistance throughout my visit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable

Lorenzo did a fantastic job. I did not expect that after requesting the order last night, he came early morning the next day to do it. He was the only one who fixed my garbage disposal properly after requesting so many times. Your the man who is dedicated to your job.I do appreciate that Lorenzo.

Shout out to the new maintenance guys! I've waited for my stove to be repaired for months only using one burner and my oven was not working. Angel the newer supervisor came fixed my stove and oven in 15 min. he's also very nice and understanding I know he didn't have to listen to my whole rant but he did anyways with a smile great guy.
