Madison headed toward downtown every 15 minutes or catch the #48 towards UW campus. This top floor 1bedroom is situated on the Southeast corner of the building and receives great natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout, an updated bathroom and an efficient gas furnace for heat during the winter months. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. There is a $75 monthly utility fee for water/sewer/garbage.
