It has hardwood floors throughout and new vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This unit is being offered on a 12-month Lease term with a 3 week rent concession. Off-street parking is available for $50/month to an assigned stall.
