The application and move in process is super quick and easy! Daniela and Fawn helped me for my move in day and were very quick to answer all of my questions and concerns! Also, the area looks well maintained and is in a nice, quiet location!

I wanted a place in North Tacoma that had a balcony with a lot of trees. Olivia found the perfect unit and she helped get me approved within a matter of just a few days. Garrettt was also very helpful on moving day. I have absolutely no complaints. I plan on saying a very long time. Olivia also just informed me that the gym is 24 hours so this is perfect for me to achieve my fitness goals. It’s a very quiet, safe, apartment with nice amenities. I love the fireplace. I have a top floor, so the and vaulted ceilings are an added bonus. Can’t say thanks again to the staff to make this happen so quickly and professionally!!
