The management is very nice and accommodating. It's my 4th year here, and I've enjoyed it as a whole. Every apartment has its fair share of issues, so it's not perfect, but I would recommend people here. location is good too.

I've lived here for 2 years. I'll be leaving at the end of the month. I'm moving closer to be with family. Management here has been great. They are very responsive and always consider the renter's needs. I've dealt with other apt building management, but these folks have been very good at always replying in a timely manner. The building is very modern . The lounges and the rooftop are great to hang out. I especially appreciated the washer/dryer in unit since that can be hard to find in LA. Also, the internet is pretty fast -- regularly at 300-400 megabits/second and the cell phone reception was great -- I did live on the top floor, fyi. They also have parking/charging for EVs if you have a Tesla. I hope I have management like these folks at my next place!
