Great Community & Great Management Staff ! One of the best community management staff I have worked with - They are very very considerate and work with the residents to make their stay pleasurable and fun. Want to call out & give a great shout out to the Assistance Community Manager - Jennifer Dejesus. Jennifer is absolutely the best when it comes to helping out residents and solving issues. In Multiple instances - Jennifer has gone above and beyond to help residents in the community. She is very kind and has empathy towards residents / family needs. Would absolutely recommend this community to anyone who is looking to stay close to Manhattan & have a great family/community living.

Our time at the Harper has been absolutely great so far! We’ve been here for almost a year now, and it’s tough to find something we don’t like about this place! Apartments are nice, it’s in a very convenient location, and the staff is great! Chris made choosing this place very easy! He’s been extremely helpful from the beginning; he’s been more than happy to help out with anything we need. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment just outside of the city!

I’ve been living at The Harper since 2019, and it’s refreshing to see the improvements the new management has made over the past year and a half. Carolyn, the new community manager has replaced the carpets and implemented changes that have made everything feel more organized overall. It’s great to see how much this place has improved, especially compared to how it was under the previous management. Shoutout to Marcela and the leasing office for always being so helpful and attentive!

Best of both worlds between NJ and NYC at The Harper. Beautiful living spaces, high quality amenities, excellent shuttle service to Secaucus Junction Station for commuters, and very calm and quiet pocket in the neighborhood. The leasing team is also phenomenal. Chris and Marcela are my go-to's for everything from finding a package to renewing my lease. They go above and beyond with taking care of residents and actively create events to build the community life here. Chris in particular is highly responsive to any questions I have and always calls me back same day as soon as updates go his way. He was very supportive in my most recent lease renewal and I am excited to continue this season with this community. Life at The Harper is an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a premium lifestyle.

Had a very nice move in experience with Chris Chin. Chris was very friendly and patient. He treated everyone equally nice! Not only he move super fast with all the move in documentations but also explained everything clearly for us.
The apartment also has a very good maintenance team. Yesterday you raise a TT, the second day they will come to fix your stuff.
Overall a good experience with the Harper!

I moved into The Harper in mid-September 2024, and after living here for about a month, I can confidently say it’s the best apartment complex with the best management I’ve experienced so far. From the very start, my leasing manager, Chris Chin, has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and reasonable in every situation.
One of the standout features of The Harper is how much you can trust the management and their systems. Moving in can be stressful, but Chris made the process smooth and stress-free with his understanding and support. Marcela was also very kind in assisting me with another matter, making the experience even more positive.
I can’t forget to mention all the great amenities and features they offer. The trash chute on each floor is honestly a lifesaver, especially on bad weather days. The hardwood flooring is a must for me, as it helps with allergies and keeps things clean. Plus, the maintenance team is fast and spot-on whenever I need anything.
For anyone who's dealt with difficult property management, you know how frustrating it can be, but that’s not the case here. I truly trust this team and am grateful for their professionalism and care.
If you’re considering moving in, I hope this review gives you one more reason to make your decision faster. On top of all this, the commute to NYC is pretty convenient from here.
