Beautiful apartment inside and out. Pool is awesome. Gym is awesome. Some security issues that come with all brand new properties but these are being fixed and the ownership has gone through great lengths to securing which includes a full time nightly security guard, unlike many neighborhoods around Austin. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Beautiful new condos with lots of green space, awesome amenities, and located on S Congress close to the St Elmo District and The Yard, Cosmic Coffee, The Git Out, etc. Has had some growing pains, but HOA is right on top of it and the community is a nice cohesive group of people.
