Lived here for a year (‘20-‘21) and it was fantastic. It’s in west campus which is known to be expensive, but this place was affordable and pleasant. I’ve learned property managers can really make or break your living experience, and Lindsay, the property manger for here, really made this place. She’s a dream and made living here very easy. The property can be a bit minimal (hence the affordability) but she’s very on top and responsible if repairs are ever needed. An unknown upside of the place is that also for west campus, it’s rather calm and not that noisey when you’re inside. I guess it’s insulated well? The greatest testament I can say about the place, was being safe and sound with next to no issues during the 2021 “snow-pocalypse”; me and my roommate (and friends since their places were unlivable at the time) were warm and safe with no electricity outage and only had low water pressure (city’s doing) to our amazement. I guess the building being a little older has its up’s cause I know all the newer places next door were in mayhem at that time. 100% recommend this place for living. Also, neighbors are lovely.
