I am beyond impressed with my experience at The Royce thanks largely to the exceptional service provided by the leasing office and, in particular, Erica. From the moment I walked in, the staff has been nothing short of professional, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. Erica, in particular, stands out for her dedication and genuine care for residents. She went above and beyond to ensure my leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel valued and well-informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly cares about your living experience, I highly recommend The Royce. My husband and I moved into The Royce right when we got married and it was our first home together and nothing short of amazing. I loved how clean and updated our unit and all of the amenities were and how kind the leasing staff and maintenance team were! Whenever I called or emailed with questions or in need of assistance I was responded too promptly and was always taken care of. As a big gym girlie I loved and utilized the two story gym often and was so happy to see it so well maintained. I always felt safe parking and walking the grounds by myself and appreciated that if there were ever any concerns I could rely on the leasing staff or safety patrol to step in after hours. Also, I am Amazon’s biggest fan and never had a single package stolen in the 15 months I lived there- pretty amazing! The convenience of stores and restaurants being situated right across the street was my favorite part about where The Royce was located. My husband and I had an incredible living experience and first year of marriage at The Royce and even welcomed our first baby there. We were sad to say goodbye, but are looking forward to our new chapter as Tennesseans!
