Brandon came and opened the broken lock door so I could install my Internet. Then he came another day to fix my light fixture, and the tub that was clogged with hair. He also showed me how to unscrew the tub’s stopper. He did everything in less than 20 minutes. Brandon was also considerate and courteous for taking off his shoes before entering. Really wonderful service. I put in the service request and the service was completed within 24hrs. Thank you for being so responsive and efficient.

We walked into the Kelvin front office late in the afternoon without an appointment, and were pleasantly greeted by the front office consultant, Cameron, who was very helpful providing information about the Kelvin Apartments and also three nearby communities of Equity Residential. We were very impressed and truly appreciate Cameron for taking the time and making the effort to answer all our questions based on his first hand knowledge of the communities. We are still looking and hope to find an ideal apartment at the Kelvin’s for one of our family members!
