In terms of location, this place is ideal for anyone looking to live in downtown Portland - all necessities are within walking distance. Management is friendly, approachable and have always answers quickly if there is something that needs tending. Apartments are clean and well kept with up-to-date appliances! It's been such a pleasant experience to live here.

I have had a good experience so far. Close proximity to Safeway is nice and the units are surprisingly quiet with the windows shut. Management seems friendly to me despite others' experiences but to each their own. I plan on renewing my lease assuming no drastic increase in rent.
