I lived here for 3 years and thoroughly enjoyed it! The building is quiet, well maintained, and walking distance to both Cap Hill and Downtown. I loved my one bedroom apartment. It was so spacious with great natural light. The building went through a management change while I was here— and I truly had the opposite experience some reviewers say they had. They were always responsive if I had any issues which were next to none. The only reason I had to move was a relocation out of state! Otherwise, I would’ve renewed my lease without a second thought. Which is a shame because the current management has made wonderful improvements! I would go back to living here if I were still renting and in Seattle. PS: The noise of sirens and ambulances is honestly not bad at all. You’re literally in the city, next to hospitals, of course you’re going to hear these sounds every now and then. Upon moving out, I received part of my security deposit with no issues.
