Excellent! Partner and I moved into a unit at NICO last November, and we cannot complain. Management is on top of things and maintenance, if needed, is always quick and efficient. We simply love living there!

Great place to live! The apartment units are very comfortable and well put together. I have lived here for almost two years without any issues. The staff is very friendly and responsive to all texts, calls and emails. Highly recommend!
